Topaz Lake Park Campground on the shores of Topaz Lake at the border of Nevada and California off Highway 395 offers 15 water/ electric sites, 13 water only sites and 42 primitive camping sites. A boat ramp is available along with shore fishing. Off-road trails depart from this location. Scenic vistas looking across the lake… Right off Hwy 395 at Topaz Lake and adjacent to a lodge and casino. We reserved a pull-through site on the upper level and found it to be level and with a filtered view of the lake. Short walking distance to the casino where we enjoyed a very good breakfast. Steak and eggs for $5.95 and one of the best 6 ounce top sirloins I have ever eaten. Even though it is situated right next to Hwy 395 ...
